Everything at the hotel was great. Your staff is the best in the industry. I wish all hotels could follow your standard. Also the tour guide Mary-Anne was excellent, everybody lover her. She was like one of the family. Another mention goes to Kristin. She knew what I wanted every time I came in for a meal. She was always speaking with the guests. Your new boy Russell was great also. He was very mature and for a person his age he went beyond with guest service. Please keep up the great work. I mentioned to the catering mgr. about her staff. My husband & I booked the Rutland, VT trip from 7-21 to 7-25-08. As usual the trip was well worth the money.�Super accolades to Will Runyon, our motorcoach driver for being an awesome driver, very personable, considerate and funny. Also super accolades go out to Shirley Harco who was warm, funny, accomodating and entertaining. In addition Chris the step on guide in Vermont certainly made the two days he was with us. With his informative narrations, quick wit and congeniality.

And also the Holiday Inn who's staff bent over backwards to meet our every needs. Never have we stayed in a hotel that was that accomodating. All of the above folks made sure our trip was stress free, interesting and fun. Thank you Anderson Coach and Tours for going the extra mile to insure your customers have a wonderful vacation.

We had a nice stay at your hotel. Very clean, rooms were adequate and looked newly renovated. We liked to have microwave and refrigerator in our rooms! We had a full hot breakfast buffet and got discounted tickets to go to Killingon, a great value and a nice room for our ski weekend! We are definitely coming back next year with a bigger group!
